Review Removal PartnersAttack report builder

Build your review attack report.

A wave of fake one-star reviews, maybe a message asking for money. Fill in what happened and copy a report Google can act on, a list of what to keep, and a reply for your listing.

Everything stays in your browser. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere.

Your report

Business: [business name]
Google Maps link: [link to the listing]

Starting on [date], our listing received [number] one-star reviews that do not come from customers. None of the reviewers appear in our customer records for that period.

The reviews break Google’s policy on fake engagement: they were posted to manipulate our rating, not to describe a real experience.
We ask Google to review and remove each of the reviews listed below.

Reviews (reviewer name, date, link):
1.
2.
3.

Keep these before you report

  • A screenshot of each review, with the reviewer name, the date and the star rating visible
  • The link to each review (open the review, use Share, copy the link)
  • A screenshot of your rating and review count before and after the attack
  • Your booking, job or sales records for the dates the reviewers mention
  • A note of when you first noticed the reviews

A calm public reply

Thank you for taking the time to post. We cannot find a record of a visit that matches this review, and we have seen several reviews like it arrive on the same day. We have reported them to Google. If you were a customer of [business name], please contact us directly so we can look into it.

Questions people ask.

Where do I send the report?

Report each review from your Business Profile or from Google Maps, and use the report text when Google asks you to explain. If someone demanded money, also use Google’s form for review extortion. Our guide to that form walks through each field.

Should I pay the person who sent the reviews?

No. Paying does not remove the reviews and it marks your business as one that pays. Keep the messages as evidence and report them.

Is anything I type saved?

No. The builder runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else unless you copy it and send it yourself.

Can you file the reports for me?

Yes. Run the free review check on your listing. Every low review comes back with a label, and you pick the ones you want filed.

Paste the link. See what can be filed.

The check is free. $120 per removed review. $0 if Google keeps it.
